ExportBench reviews AI tools for one kind of reader: people who sell physical products or B2B services across borders. Factory owners, export sales managers, and the small marketing teams who support them.

Who runs ExportBench

ExportBench is founded and run by Silas Xiao, an export marketer based in China, and is operated by Jierui Digital Technology Co., Ltd. Silas writes and tests the reviews on this site, using the same tools on his day-to-day work for B2B manufacturers.

Why we started

We work in export marketing. We build websites for manufacturers, run Google SEO and LinkedIn outreach for B2B brands, and help companies reach buyers in Central Asia, Russia, Southeast Asia and the United States.

Over the last two years, almost every part of that work picked up an AI tool. Some saved us days every month. Many looked impressive in a demo and fell apart on a real task, like writing to a purchasing manager in Kazakhstan or translating a technical datasheet into Spanish.

Most "best AI tools" lists are written by people who never had to use the tools for a sales target. ExportBench is the list we wished we had.

What makes our reviews different

• We test on real export tasks. Every review states the plan we used, the task we ran and the date we ran it. See How We Test.
• We write for one audience. A tool can be excellent for a US startup and wrong for an exporter. We judge it for exporters.
• We show the downsides. Every review lists cons, and we say plainly who should skip a tool.
• We keep reviews current. Prices and features are rechecked at least every six months, and the date is shown on the page.
